Amber Keller is a therapist intern pursuing her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology at St. Mary's University of Minnesota. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Religious Studies from Metropolitan State University.

Amber is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care that honors the whole person; mind, body, and spirit. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel genuinely heard, valued, and empowered to pursue healing and personal growth.

Drawing from a strengths-based, person-centered approach, Amber integrates psychological science with faith when it aligns with a client's values and goals. She believes every person possesses inherent dignity, worth, and the capacity for resilience, and she is committed to meeting clients with empathy, respect, and authenticity regardless of their background or beliefs.

Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Amber enjoys helping clients build practical coping skills, deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and find hope in the midst of life's challenges. For clients who desire it, she welcomes opportunities to thoughtfully integrate faith and spirituality principles into the counseling process while maintaining an inclusive and respectful therapeutic environment.
