Eve Bondgien, B.A.
Clinical Intern
Eve (she/her) is doing her clinical internship providing therapy under the direct supervision of LuAnn Hanson, L.I.C.S.W, while finishing her final year of her Masters of Social Work program. Eve chose social work because she loves understanding how our unique social identities interact with various systems that impact our daily lives.
Eve gained first hand insight into these systemic dynamics while working in child protection in case management. Prior to social work, she spent over 5 years as a senior legal assistant helping support individuals experiencing legal challenges in family court and the criminal justice system.
Having worked with individuals from all walks of life, Eve enjoys working with adults of all identities, particularly those living with PTSD and moral injury, trauma, and serious and persistent mental illnesses. Eve’s therapeutic style emphasizes a client centered approach that allows for humor, creativity, and collaboration to help clients explore and untangle the stress and challenges they are facing. She works to find unique ways that help client's feel stronger and more confident in their ability to cope with their emotions in a way that feels more comfortable and manageable. No matter what phase of healing you are in, Eve has a therapeutic space that is always open and always welcome for you!
Eve enjoys mindful movement including weight lifting, Pilates, and indoor cycling. Outside of the gym, you can find her reading, listening to a podcast, grabbing an iced coffee with friends, or spending time with her cat.
