Jenny offers telehealth sessions for individual adult outpatient therapy. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from St. Catherine University in 2021 and independent clinical license in 2025. She has experience working primarily with adults in various settings over the last thirteen years including adult in-patient, intensive outpatient, mental health research, case management, substance use outpatient recovery, community-based, in-home, and in-office settings.
Jenny has worked with clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, financial insecurity, SUD/co-occurring disorders, psychosis, self-worth and self-esteem struggles, interpersonal challenges, and adjustment difficulties. She is dedicated to providing a non-judgmental, validating, and safe space for her clients. Believing in collaborative care, Jenny strives to meet clients where they are in their journey toward healing and growth.
She utilizes various therapeutic approaches and values learning alongside her clients as they explore different topics and issues. Jenny enjoys providing psychoeducation to help clients make informed choices, better understand their diagnoses, symptoms, and themselves through personal growth and development, and learn and apply skills or techniques to manage those symptoms or challenges effectively.
