Monica earned her Master's in Social Work from St. Catherine University in St. Paul. She is currently under supervision as she works towards her LICSW. She sees individual clients age 6+ years old and families while offering evening and Saturday appointments at ACS.

With seven years of experience in various mental health roles, including outpatient, hospital, and school settings, Monica is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. She utilizes a client-centered, trauma-informed, and skills-based approach to therapy.

Monica is adaptable and meets clients where they are in their life journey, often using humor to foster a comfortable atmosphere. She values collaboration and focuses on leveraging clients' strengths to help them achieve their personal recovery goals.
