She earned her Master’s in Social Work from University of New England in 2018. Tristessa is a compassionate psychotherapist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, families and adults on their mental health journeys. With a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and two associate degrees, Tristessa has a strong educational foundation and a deep commitment to helping others. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, self worth, women coming out of prison, basic life skills and trauma, employing evidence-based methods tailored to each individual's needs. Tristessa creates a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, develop resilience, and achieve personal growth. Her approach is empathetic, client-centered, and focused on empowering individuals at every stage of life. She is offering evening and Saturday appointments at ACS.
Tristessa is adaptable and meets clients where they are in their life journey, often using her own life experiences to foster a comfortable and relationship building atmosphere. She values collaboration and focuses on leveraging clients' strengths.
